-1/2 block of sharp cheddar cheese, diced into cubes
-1 can of condensed cheddar cheese soup (10.75oz)
-4oz of heavy cream
-1 tablespoonful of white sugar

Preparation: Cook rotini noodles as per package directions, drain and set aside. In a saucepan over medium heat, melt the 2 cheeses together until smooth. 3 Cups Arugula
1 Small Red Onion, Thinly Sliced
8 Ounces Grape or Cherry Tomatoes, Halved

1/2 Cup Red Wine Vinegar
2 Tablespoons Dijon Mustard

3 tablespoons olive oil
1 large onion, chopped
6 cups low-sodium vegetable broth
